DO YOU TAKE WALK INS?

  • Our studio is by appointment only. We prefer appointments so we can be given time in advance to create the best option for your tattoo! With less daily foot traffic, this helps us keep a more calm and sterile work environment.

DEPOSITS - CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Depending on the amount of sessions needed for your tattoo, a deposit of $200 (for Morgan) or $150 (for Max) will be required to hold time in the calendar. Your deposit is rolled until the last session and comes back out that day, however is non-refundable should you cancel or no-show. 72 hours notice is required to reschedule and after 2 reschedules your deposit will be forfeited.

  • An active appointment MUST be held in the calendar to hold an active deposit. Once an appointment is cancelled without a reschedule date, a new deposit will be required.

WILL I NEED A CONSULTATION BEFORE SETTING UP AN APPT?

  • Most of our consultations are done via email. If you have a coverup tattoo that the artist needs to view in person, they may recommend an in person consultation before booking your appointment.

DO YOU DO REWORKS/COVERUPS?

  • This depends on the artist! Feel free to send a photo of your existing tattoo to see if any ideas of your ideas are possible. Please keep in mind that coverups are more time consuming and require more planning than creating a fresh tattoo. These tattoos are usually a multisession process. Light shades, negative space and grey typically do not work well for coverups.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR OR PIECE?

  • Each artist charges hourly.

    @morganchenoa charges at a rate of 200/hr with a 250/hr rate for coverups. Morgan typically books in blocks of 2 to 3 hours, or a 3 to 5 hour session.

    @maxandrewtattoo charges 175/hr with a $175 minimum.

  • We do not charge for consult or prep time prior to the appointment. We only charge for tattooing time and find this to be the most efficient way amongst clients and artists.

WILL I SEE THE ART BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT?

  • We do not send artwork out before appointment day. Artists typically draw a few nights prior to the appointment, and we keep time before the start of the tattoo to review and make alterations.

  • However : If your subject matter has completely changed without notice, a new deposit will be required and a new appointment scheduled. Please communicate large changes in advance.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • We accept venmo for the deposit. (Backed by PayPal and secure.)

  • VENMO, CASH or CREDIT (with a 4% fee) the day of your appointment. PayPal finance may be accepted on occasional circumstance.

DO YOU DO WATERCOLOR TATTOOS?

  • Unfortunately we don’t have any artists specializing in watercolor. If you have a watercolor project we’d be happy to refer you to who we think is best!

DO YOU TATTOO MINORS?

  • Unfortunately, no. We don’t tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

IF I BRING IN MY OWN ART, WILL YOU TATTOO IT?

  • All of our designs are custom made by our artists, we do not tattoo other’s artwork. To avoid any accidental theft of art, and to keep our portfolios top quality and consistent.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE SHOP?

  • Unfortunately we do not allow children to wait while someone is being tattooed. Because we do not have an on site manager and our waiting room is separated and out of view, it can become difficult to both keep an eye on them and also properly utilize the time allotted for your appointment.
